Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for warehousing and logistics in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role focuses on driving operational excellence through data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across value streams.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to optimize operations, enhance safety and compliance, and lead cross-functional projects in a regulated setting. Hybrid work with minimum onsite days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and process optimization projects across warehousing and logistics operations.
• Analyze complex operational challenges using data and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve safety, quality, compliance, and productivity.
• Utilize analytical tools to monitor, model, and predict process performance.
• Drive value stream improvements and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality.
• Support change management initiatives and challenge existing ways of working.
• Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues and project teams where required.
