Job summary

Panda International in Breda seeks a Senior Process Engineer to drive optimization and operational performance within Warehouse and Logistics. You will implement data-driven solutions and coach colleagues to improve value streams.

You will independently manage multiple projects, collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics, and apply GMP/GDP knowledge in a highly regulated pharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Industrial Engineering or process/performance improvement.
• At least 2 years in a highly regulated industry (Pharma, Chemistry or Food).
• Experience optimizing internal value streams.
• Good understanding of GMP and GDP.

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to drive process optimization and operational performance within Warehouse and Logistics at a leading pharmaceutical company. The role focuses on improving internal value streams, solving complex operational challenges and implementing data-driven solutions. You will independently manage projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing.

3. Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable Engineering/Science discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or operational performance improvement.
• At least 2 years of experience in a highly regulated industry (Pharma, Chemistry or Food).
• Experience optimizing internal value streams.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably supported by Six Sigma or Green Belt certification.
• Data-savvy, with expertise in multiple analytical tools.
• Good understanding of GMP and GDP.
• Knowledge of business processes, operational practices and related disciplines.

Languages

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Dutch language skills are an advantage.
