Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or performance improvement in an operational department.
• 2+ years of experience in a highly regulated environment (pharma, chemicals, or food).
• Proven analytical skills; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Strong data skills and proficiency with multiple analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex warehouse and logistics problems using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Model, monitor and predict process performance using advanced analytical tools.
• Anticipate and prevent potential process issues based on data analysis.
• Optimise internal value streams and create new methods, processes and procedures.
• Manage multiple assignments and projects using fit-for-purpose project management techniques.
• Develop robust, practical solutions independently, aligned with objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing and SMEs.
• Provide training, coaching and guidance to colleagues.
