Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Process Engineering
• 2+ years in a regulated environment (pharma/biotech/food/medical devices/chemical)
• Proven experience optimizing processes and value streams
• Strong analytical capabilities with Six Sigma/Lean/Green Belt or equivalent
• Advanced data analysis skills to support decision-making

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve warehouse and logistics processes to boost efficiency, quality, and performance
• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the supply chain
• Develop, implement, and monitor process performance metrics and predictive models
• Lead cross-functional work with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain
• Create and implement new methodologies, procedures and process standards
• Provide coaching and knowledge-sharing to colleagues and project teams
• Challenge existing ways of working and drive sustainable change across the organisation
