Job summary

Qualifications

Senior Process Engineer - Warehousing & Logistics

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join a leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment, supporting warehousing and logistics operations. This role is focused on driving operational excellence through process optimization, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve operational performance, optimize value streams, and implement sustainable process improvements within a highly regulated environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Supply Chain Process Improvement.
• Strong experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of analysing and improving operational processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate operational data into actionable improvements.
• Exposure to data analytics, process automation, AI applications, or digitalisation initiatives.
• Experience with tools such as Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics platforms.
