Container Centralen, headquartered in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, seeks a Manager Sales and Support to lead a 14-person Account Coordinators team through a journey of change. The role focuses on building a high-performing team, standardizing processes, and driving customer satisfaction with data-driven decisions.

The manager reports to the CCO and collaborates with Regional Sales Managers and the Marketing & Innovation Manager. Hybrid work options available two days per week.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Commercial background with experience in leading customer-facing teams.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and analytics.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day management of the team and improve engagement, motivation, knowledge, and skills.
• Create a professional team attitude where customer intimacy is core.
• Improve and standardize processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead the complaint registration and follow-up process to shorten lead times.
• Steer the team based on data analysis to improve performance (e.g., NPS, telephone accessibility).
• Collaborate with Operations, Services, and Planning.
