Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Economics, Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Commercial background with experience building high-performance customer-facing teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Good communication skills, fluent in English.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or inbound/outbound sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and organization through change as part of a journey of growth.
• Day-to-day management of the team with a focus on engagement, motivation, knowledge, and skills.
• Create a professional team attitude where customer intimacy is core.
• Improve and standardize processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead the complaint registration and follow-up process, reducing lead times.
• Steer the team based on data analysis to improve performance (e.g., telephone accessibility, NPS).
• Collaborate with Operations, Services, and Planning.
