Job summary

Container Centralen in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, is seeking a Manager Sales and Support to lead a 14-person Account Coordinators team through a journey of change and growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Business/Operations/HR).
• Commercial background with experience building high-performing customer-facing teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent English and good communication skills.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the Sales & Support team and drive change.
• Foster professional team attitude, customer intimacy, and collaboration with other departments.
• Standardize processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce lead times.
• Oversee complaint registration and follow-up, guided by data and NPS.
• Collaborate with Operations, Services and Planning to align goals.
