Job summary

Salesnxt in Rotterdam is seeking an Allround Freight Forwarder to join our ocean freight team. You will be the link between shippers, carriers and international agents, handling import and export from A to Z in Rotterdam's busy port.

We expect 2–5 years in Ocean Freight Forwarding, fluent Dutch and English, and strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020. You’ll coordinate FCL/LCL shipments, prepare documents, ensure export compliance, and provide clients with real-time updates.

• 2–5 years of experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; third language is a plus.
• Deep understanding of Incoterms 2020 and maritime legislation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full cycles for FCL and LCL shipments.

The Role

You won’t just be moving containers; you’ll be the vital link between shippers, carriers, and international agents. You handle the import and export process from A to Z, ensuring that “Rotterdam Gateway” lives up to its name.

Execution: Coordinate full cycles for FCL and LCL shipments.

Documentation: Prepare all necessary shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Certificates of Origin, EUR.1, vrijstellingen).

What You Bring

Experience: At least 2–5 years in Ocean Freight Forwarding.

Location: You are based in (or within easy commuting distance of) Rotterdam.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of Incoterms 2020 and maritime legislation.

Language: Fluent in Dutch and English. (A third language is a major plus).
