Pleo is hiring Sales Development Representatives in the Netherlands to help drive growth across the Benelux region. You’ll build a pipeline through cold calling, social and email outreach to senior finance leaders, qualify deals, and nurture relationships with prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role.
• Driven and ambitious with a growth mindset.

• Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone.
• Strong team player who helps colleagues succeed.
• Fluent in English (required) and Dutch (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build a sales pipeline through cold calling, social and email outreach to senior finance leaders.
• Qualify potential deals before passing them to Account Executives.
• Nurture relationships with prospects and maintain momentum.
• Use modern prospecting tools and share best practices with the team.
• Support daily and weekly revenue targets and KPIs.
