Job summary

Albert Heijn is hiring a medior Front-end Engineer to join AH Store Technology Platform. You’ll work on the employee app used by 85,000 colleagues weekly, from refinement to release and support.

Expect hands-on development with React Native, testing, security, and CI/CD, in a collaborative, hybrid team. You’ll join eight engineers and work in a data-driven, tech-forward environment with opportunities for growth within AH Tech Academy, and a preference for diverse perspectives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of React Native with 2+ years hands-on experience.
• Experience with app compilation, review and release in App/Play Store.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, open and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Involved from refinement to release and support of the employee app used by thousands weekly.
• Build code, implement automated tests, ensure security and code quality, contribute to deployments and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers, Engineering Manager, Product Owner and development community.
