Job summary

Learned is expanding its development team in the Netherlands and seeks a Senior Web & Mobile Full Stack Developer. You will own features across mobile and web using React Native, React, and Node.js, and help scale our SaaS platform.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in a fast-paced, international setting, with a hybrid Utrecht office presence. You’ll focus on mobile-first delivery, lead architecture discussions, and mentor peers while shaping the future of our HR

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on full stack development across mobile, frontend and backend.
• 2+ years building production apps in React Native.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks, and Node.js ecosystems.
• Experience with REST APIs and databases (MongoDB or similar).
• Ability to ship fast with high quality and ownership across features.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for mobile apps in React Native.
• Develop web frontend in React and backend APIs in Node.js.
• Collaborate with product and design to shape user-facing features.
• Lead technical discussions and architecture decisions for mobile strategy.
• Review pull requests and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for faster delivery.
• Own features end-to-end from idea to production across mobile and web.
