Job summary

EY Amsterdam is seeking a senior Logistics Transformation professional to lead and grow logistics transformation engagements, focusing on operating models, performance, and end-to-end improvements. You will own delivery, guide senior stakeholders, and translate complex challenges into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Must hold MSc in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or operations, with focus on logistics in consulting or transformation environments.
• Experience in logistics transformation, operating model design, or performance improvement.
• Ability to take ownership and drive progress in ambiguous environments with action bias.
• Hands-on mindset, translating plans into execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial mindedness.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics transformation engagements with emphasis on operating models and end-to-end performance.
• Translate complex logistics challenges into practical, actionable solutions.
• Take ownership of delivery, ensuring quality, structure and clear outcomes for clients.
• Guide discussions with senior stakeholders and support decision-making.
• Develop repeatable solutions and propositions within the logistics domain.
• Contribute to business development and client relationships.
