Job summary

EY's Supply Chain & Operations practice in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Consultant Manufacturing Excellence to drive operational transformation for manufacturing and warehousing. You will redesign operating models, lead TPM and Lean initiatives, and guide data-driven improvements across processes, systems, and performance management.

You will work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setting, travel may be required, and you will engage with leading manufacturing clients to deliver tangible

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in industry or consultancy in manufacturing/warehousing operational excellence transformation.
• Master's degree in operations management or a technical/engineering discipline.
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformational projects to improve client performance in manufacturing and warehousing.
• Design operating models and lead TPM and Lean initiatives.
• Implement digital transformation journeys across shop floor operations.
