Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support our client’s supply chain operations in Welkom. You will manage the flow of goods, coordinate with carriers, and optimize logistics to improve delivery performance.

This hybrid role blends on-site coordination with remote work options. Strong communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of shipping procedures and international trade rules are essential to reduce costs and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Familiar with shipping procedures, docs, and international trade rules.
• Proficient in logistics software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work in a hybrid Welkom environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments ensuring timely delivery.
• Liaise with transport providers, brokers, and warehouse staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock movements.
• Process shipping documents such as bills of lading and customs forms.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs.
• Resolve shipment, delivery, or inventory discrepancies.
