Job summary

Michael Page in Den Bosch is seeking a Customer Service Logistics Employee to monitor and process inbound/outbound shipments, create shipping documents and invoices, and coordinate orders from placement to delivery.

You will communicate with clients across EMEA by phone or email, resolve delivery issues, and collaborate with warehouse, sales, finance and IT to optimise operations. This role offers a 32-hour hybrid schedule with a permanent contract and the possibility to work from home.

Qualifications

• Some experience or interest in logistics and customer service within the retail industry.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and processing inbound and outbound and creating shipping documents and invoices.
• Manage and coordinate customer orders from placement to delivery.
• Ensure timely communication with clients and internal departments within EMEA via phone or e-mail.
• Resolve logistical and delivery-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and shipments and keep in mind the different regulations for each company.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team, sales, finance and IT to optimise operations.
