Job summary

King of Reach by B&S is seeking a Logistics Administrative Assistant to coordinate goods flow via containers and optimize transport planning. You will work with purchasing, sales and the warehouse to secure best routes and prices.

You will book containers, prepare the Bill of Lading and invoices, and monitor the planning while keeping all stakeholders informed. The role requires Dutch and English fluency and a proactive, accurate mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have at least an MBO 4 degree, preferably in a Logistics direction
• Work experience in a similar position is a plus; if you do not have experience yet, we teach you everything you need to know
• Proficient in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Book containers and coordinate with shipping lines to find good rates
• Collaborate with departments and warehouse to manage orders and transport requests
• Prepare Bill of Lading (BL) and check invoices
• Monitor planning and provide timely status updates to all departments
