Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Amsterdam is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Lease Agreements to join our Northern Europe Order to Cash team. You will own financial and administrative processes behind lease contracts, ensuring accurate setup, maintenance and invoicing throughout the lifecycle.

You’ll work with Leasing, Legal, Investment Management and Shopping Centre Management, supporting tenants with lease-related queries and improving data quality and invoicing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Around three to five years’ experience in a finance/administrative position.
• Accurate with detailed contractual and financial information.
• Own end-to-end processes and meet recurring deadlines.
• Confident using Excel and financial systems.
• An MBO 4 qualification in finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and update rental objects in our systems.
• Register new lease agreements and contract information.
• Process lease terminations and addendums.
• Calculate and apply lease indexations.
• Manage recurring invoicing and invoicing changes.
• Process settlements and service charge invoicing.
• Support monthly vacancy run and respond to queries.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Legal, Investment Management and Shopping Centre Management.
• Assist tenants with lease-related financial queries.
• Improve data quality and invoicing efficiency.
