Job summary

SkyNRG is seeking a System Administrator to build and own our hybrid IT infrastructure, supporting both corporate and production environments from Amsterdam. The role covers Windows Server, AD, M365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, backups, and security with SOC collaboration. Regular travel to production sites is required as projects scale.

You will join an entrepreneurial team, with growth opportunities as SkyNRG expands its SAF production capabilities and IT footprint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a System Administrator or similar infrastructure role.
• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge (DNS, DHCP, GPO).
• Hands-on with Hyper-V or VMware virtualization (clustering/shared storage).
• Experience with M365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery tooling.
• Experience with HPE server/storage hardware.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate on-premises server, storage, and virtualization at HQ and production sites.
• Administer Windows Server and Active Directory, including DNS/DHCP/GPO.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure resources.
• Own backup, recovery, and disaster recovery with tests.
• Run patching, hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage hardware lifecycle with suppliers from procurement to replacement.
• Keep documentation, runbooks, and monitoring up to date.
