Job summary

Scarabee Aviation Group is seeking an IT Service Desk Employee to ensure a smooth digital work environment. You’ll combine IT support with process improvement and contribute to stable, secure IT infrastructure in a Microsoft-centric environment.

You’ll work with a team of five in a role that handles incidents, user support, device management via Intune, and Azure AD. A full-time position with benefits is offered in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability, minimum 36 hours per week.
• MBO 4 ICT qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 11.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, WiFi, VPN).
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (TOPdesk, ServiceNow, Jira).
• Structured, solution-focused and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle ICT incidents via ticketing system.
• Support users on-site and remotely.
• Manage workstations and devices via Microsoft Intune.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Manage users and permissions in Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Support meeting rooms and Teams Rooms.
• Identify recurring issues and improve processes.
• Document clear work instructions and procedures.
