Jobster in Amsterdam is seeking a proactive Sales Acquisition professional to drive new opportunities and set targets with management. You will prospect via cold calls, build client relationships, advise on quotes, and manage administrative tasks to support the area sales manager.

Ideal candidates have B2B or B2C cold acquisition experience, fluency in Dutch (C1+) and English, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold acquisition (B2C or B2B).
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (C1+) and English.
• Organized with good time management; keeps a comprehensive overview.
• Able to receive feedback and implement changes accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Sales Acquisition: Find new sales opportunities, prospecting by cold calling and making appointments for the area sales manager.
• Client Relationship Development: Build relationships with new and existing clients, advise and provide quotes based on customer needs.
• Reporting and Administration: Complete administrative tasks related to sales and forward incoming calls.
