Job summary

Based in Amsterdam, you will own enquiries, prepare quotations, manage accounts and build durable customer relationships. This is a hands-on role requiring strong Dutch and English, with a hybrid work setup and a focus on fast, reliable follow‑through.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or account management.
• Experience handling enquiries, quotations and customer accounts.
• Fluent Dutch and English; German or Nordic language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries by phone, email and web.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up while opportunities are active.
• Own a portfolio of accounts and build strong relationships with buyers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm availability and delivery.
• Improve enquiry handling, quotation templates and account handovers.
