Job summary

Independent Recruiters is seeking a Transition & Platform Governance Lead for a temporary role in Utrecht. The position is 32 hours per week with hybrid work options, ending June 2027, and may be a flex contract (ZZP possible).

Salary ranges from €4,500 to €5,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour week. The role sits at the intersection of business, IT, and compliance, coordinating global testing and SOX controls across S4/OMP and XTEL releases to support a smooth go-live and ongoing platform

Qualifications

Experience leading end-to-end testing for complex system upgrades (S4/OMP and XTEL).
Ability to manage cross-platform dependencies and workstreams (e.g., Dahlia).
Experience designing and implementing SOX controls for system implementations.
Strong stakeholder management bridging business, IT, and external vendors.
Expertise in incident management frameworks and backlog governance.

Responsibilities

Lead the integration and execution of combined S4/OMP and XTEL testing across global markets for V6 and V9 releases.
Manage sequence dependencies across S4, OMP, and XTEL; own the Dahlia workstream to mitigate downstream impact.
Design and implement SOX controls for XTEL V6 and V9 in alignment with Finance and IT Audit.
Act as the primary liaison between Business, IT, Data & Analytics, and external vendors to resolve cross-platform blockers.
Establish incident response protocols, escalation paths, and ownership models for XTEL V9 to ensure operational resilience.
