Job summary

Workwize is seeking a Junior to Mid Level Operations Project Manager to join our Service Operations teams. You’ll own and drive multiple improvement projects across Retrievals, Delivery, Procuring, Warehousing, or M&D, focusing on operational excellence for our global clients.

You will collaborate with Technology and external partners, manage vendors, track impact, and communicate risks. This role suits someone who thrives in ambiguity, is data-driven, and owns end-to-end solutions with

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in project-based, operational, or consulting environments.
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ownership mentality to drive end-to-end results.
• Clear, proactive communicator.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and using data to prioritize impact.
• Experience with vendors or service delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own ~2 concurrent improvement projects within your assigned service, from problem definition through to measurable outcome.
• Identify root causes behind operational inefficiencies, SLA misses, and escalation patterns, and design solutions to fix them.
• Track performance before and after changes to validate impact and ensure sustainability.
• Work cross-functionally with Technology, other SO teams, and external partners to implement solutions.
• Communicate proactively on progress, risks, and blockers.
• Engage directly with clients or suppliers when complex scenarios require it.
