Job summary

Avnet in Breda, Netherlands, is seeking a Field Application Engineer for Analog & Power to drive design-in activities and win designs. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, collaborating with engineering teams, suppliers, and sales to deliver innovative solutions.

The role requires at least 5 years in technical sales or field application engineering, fluency in Dutch and English, and willingness to travel within Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or field application engineering.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Valid EU work authorization and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase design activity and design wins.
• Present products and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with key technical decision-makers and influencers.
• Support customers through the complete design cycle from concept to production.
• Provide technical consultation during design reviews and workshops.
