Foot Locker is seeking a Real Estate Lease Administrator to review and manage commercial lease agreements across our European portfolio from our Utrecht head office. You will ensure obligations are met, track critical dates, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
You will work in a collaborative EMEA Lease Administration team, combining independent work with cross-functional cooperation to maintain accurate lease records and support corporate real estate objectives.
The main role of the Real Estate Lease Administrator is to review and administer commercial lease agreements within our European portfolio for Foot Locker, Inc. To ensure that both Foot Locker, as Tenant, and the landlords perform all of their respective obligations under the leases. This includes, but is not limited to, payment of rent, tracking of critical dates tied to specific lease provisions and taking action to facilitate all rights under the leases as necessary. The candidate will work closely with both internal and external parties on addressing and resolving various issues as they specifically relate to lease inquiries.
You will be a member of the EMEA Lease Administration team working out of our new head office in Utrecht. This role also interacts daily with colleagues across other departments within the organization such as, Leasing, Construction, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and Accounting.
You have passion for real estate with prior experience in lease administration and/or experience with understanding and reviewing lease documents. You work well independently and effectively as a team player. Be well organized and able to prioritize your workload. Exhibit strong communicational skills when dealing with colleagues and our external business partners. Follow processes and procedures but dare to ask questions, apply critical thinking and your experience in the business. You enjoy working within a global organization with many diverse cultures and backgrounds.
