Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. in Utrecht is seeking a Purchase Support Specialist to join our Merchandising team. You will collaborate with Buying, Planning and Allocation to execute inventory purchases and maintain internal SKUs.

You will create and maintain purchase orders, resolve data discrepancies, and support master data maintenance to keep product, supplier and purchasing data accurate. Fluent English and a passion for fashion retail are essential.

Qualifications

• MBO level education required.
• Interest in fashion and retail is highly preferred.
• Retail store experience is a plus.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new systems and ways of working.
• Takes ownership of tasks and shows initiative to improve processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Enjoy collaborating with colleagues across teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate SKU creation and maintenance in merchandising systems.
• Execute accurate and efficient purchase order creation and maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies reported in product data.
• Support master data maintenance and cleanup projects for data accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality.
