• Demonstrated leadership of mixed backend/frontend engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse engineering team across backend and frontend.
• Own end-to-end delivery including planning, prioritisation, and quality of releases.
• Set high engineering standards through code reviews and architecture decisions.

• Shape AI usage to automate workflows and improve throughput.
