Job summary

Hollister Incorporated in Roosendaal, Netherlands, is seeking a Demand Planner for Central & Eastern Europe to develop SKU-level forecasts, lead monthly demand reviews and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Planning.

Using SAP IBP and statistical forecasting, you will help improve forecast accuracy and align customer demand with operational capabilities, while supporting S&OP processes in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a demand planning or related area with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• BS/BA in a business or math related discipline.
• Proficient with SAP IBP and advanced forecasting methods.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop SKU-level forecasts using IBP and statistical methods.
• Lead monthly Demand Review meetings and S&OP activities.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; identify risks and opportunities.
• Support AOP and MYP planning with cross-functional input.
