Job summary

Limagrain is seeking a Demand Planner in the Netherlands to optimize forecasting and drive planning across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Customer Service. You report to the Demand Planning Manager and will lead data-driven analysis, master data management, and KPI reporting.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with multiple departments and supporting forecast ownership, with a focus on continuous improvement and supply chain continuity.

Qualifications

• At least HBO degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
• At least 3 years' work experience.
• Experience with forecasting, demand planning, innovation production planning, and S&OP.
• Fluent English; Dutch preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Optimize forecasts and forecast models to support business goals.
• Collaborate with Sales to align on forecast accuracy and bottlenecks.
• Review forecasts for new, existing, and phased-out products; manage new product needs.
