Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Supply Chain S&OE planning professional to optimize the 0–3 month forecast and maximize store availability and profitability. You will manage KPI metrics, forecast accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in forecasting and replenishment.

Based in the Netherlands with an 80% office/20% home arrangement, you will work with multiple teams (Retail, Logistics, Marketing, IT) using Excel, Power BI, Logility and RELEX to deliver reliable,

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration).
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI.
• Experience with ERP and planning software, preferably Logility & RELEX.

Responsibilities

• KPI management: monitor and forecast availability, days of supply, inventory value vs. store targets daily.
• Forecasting management for 0–3 month horizon; optimize settings considering lead times and safety stock.
• Stakeholder management: coordinate with Retail Coordinators and managers across Rituals countries; collaborate with Supply, Demand & Inventory planning, S&OP, Logistics, Retail, E-com, Wholesale/Travel/Master Franchise, Marketing & IT.
• Operational Excellence: proactively identify and implement improvements in Retail and E-com S&OE planning and broader Supply Chain.
