Job summary

Dorel Juvenile is seeking a Sales Coordinator to strengthen our European Sales team and elevate sales execution across key markets. You will support Baby Specialist Stores, Mass Market and Pure Players, coordinating promotions, master data, and onboarding across channels.

You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners to ensure data-driven decisions. A hybrid role with 2 days on-site in Helmond offers growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales coordination, commercial support, or sales operations role with focus on data.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and understand its commercial impact.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable with MS Office; experience with Power BI and Salesforce is a strong plus.
• Clear communicator who can work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial needs into clear reporting and insights.
• Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Support structured sales execution through accurate data, clear processes, and follow-up.
• Coordinate sales promotions and product launches across channels.
• Maintain and manage retailer and product master data across systems, including Salesforce.
• Monitor pricing, availability, and backlogs, proactively identifying and resolving issues
