Dorel Juvenile is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our Retail Media & Content Team in the Netherlands. You will optimize product content and manage retail media campaigns across marketplaces, enhancing visibility and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication or related.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strategic thinker with execution skills and digital creative eye.

Responsibilities

• Support content updates based on performance data, keywords and marketplace insights.
• Manage and optimize Amazon Brand Stores, product catalogs and PDPs.
• Improve visibility and discoverability through content optimization initiatives.
• Plan and optimize Retail Media campaigns on Amazon across full lifecycle.
• Monitor performance reporting and identify optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot content and campaign issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams for consumer and performance analysis.
• Coordinate tasks with internal/external stakeholders to deliver updates.
