Dorel Juvenile, the world’s leading juvenile products company, is seeking a CRM Marketeer for the European HQ in Helmond. You will craft data-driven marketing automation, manage campaigns, and help maximize customer lifetime value across our A-brand portfolio including Maxi‑Cosi and Tiny Love.

You will join a dynamic Digital Marketing team, collaborating closely with marketing, analytics and creative teams to deliver engaging, omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in CRM, online marketing or marketing automation.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable ESP/CDP; strong advantage.
• Experience in email marketing, campaign management, database management, HTML; trends awareness valuable.
• Experience creating content and designing email marketing with Canva, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Proactive, quick learner, organized and able to drive campaigns.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the team; relocation or commuting to Helmond possible.

Responsibilities

• Create and build marketing automation campaigns aligned with CRM strategy.
• Lead CRM activities in New Product Introduction meetings.
• Maintain and align campaign calendar with other marketing initiatives.
• Increase Customer Lifetime Value by monitoring, steering, and reporting on KPIs.
• Introduce and apply innovative CRM best practices for a better consumer experience.
• Bridge technical CRM work with creative email campaign design and execution.
• Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
