Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Datacenter Sales Specialist in the Netherlands to accelerate Hybrid Data Center growth by identifying opportunities and building qualified pipelines with enterprise customers. You will engage with senior decision-makers, collaborate with architects and delivery teams, and position infrastructure and cloud solutions to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in selling IT infrastructure, datacenter, cloud or managed services.
• Strong expertise in hybrid datacenter environments including servers, storage, and virtualization.
• Solid knowledge of public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Experience with major vendors such as Dell Technologies, HPE, Cisco, NetApp or equivalent ecosystem partners.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business, generate pipeline, and manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Comfortable engaging and negotiating with senior executives and business decision-makers.
• Experience or exposure to AI infrastructure, data platforms, or NVIDIA ecosystems is a strong advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving customer challenges through technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new Hybrid Data Center opportunities.
• Build and develop a strong pipeline through direct prospecting, partner engagement, networking, events and social selling.
• Expand business within strategic accounts while supporting Client Managers on qualified opportunities.
• Lead customer discussions around datacenter modernization, hybrid cloud, virtualization, and AI-ready infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, pre-sales, delivery teams, and technology partners to design and present tailored solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and shepherd opportunities through the sales lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and opportunity governance while achieving sales targets.
