The role blends industry insight with data-led transformation, driving value-focused roadmaps and executive alignment across Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain functions.

The candidate will shape portfolios, establish governance, and mobilize teams to convert investments into measurable business outcomes, including pilots and value realization.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager/Director level with top-tier consultancy background.
• Deep FMCG/CPG/Consumer Health domain knowledge.
• Proven ability to engage C-suite and translate challenges into value pools.

Responsabilités

• Translate priorities into Data & AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Identify high-value opportunities across Commercial, Revenue, and Supply Chain functions.
• Connect use cases into coherent capabilities and quantify benefits and sequencing.
• Define target-state data capabilities, operating models and governance.
• Lead pilots and proofs-of-value, mobilizing multidisciplinary teams across business and tech.
