Job summary

IBSC LTD is seeking a Senior D365 F&O Finance Consultant (Functional Lead) to own end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) workstreams in Amsterdam. Hybrid work model with 2 days in the office supports collaboration with global teams.

The candidate will drive design, workshops, data migration, cutover activities and multi-country rollouts, leading both onshore and offshore teams in a complex finance transformation project.

Qualifications

• 15+ years overall experience.
• 10+ years ERP Finance consulting.
• 5+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• 2-3 end-to-end D365 transformations as Lead.
• Deep R2R knowledge across GL, assets, close, consolidation.
• Experience with FDDs, process flows, BRD/requirements.
• Data migration, cutover, hypercare and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting.
• Experience mentoring teams, offshore/onshore delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end finance R2R workstream.
• Conduct discovery workshops, fit-gap assessments and design.
• Design and validate finance processes across GL to reporting.
• Lead sprint planning, governance, risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with P2P, O2C, SCM, Projects and Operations teams.
• Lead CRP, SIT and UAT activities.
• Support data migration, mock conversions and production cutover.
• Manage stakeholders and report status to Program Manager.

Title: Senior D365 F&O Finance Consultant (Functional Lead)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands - Hybrid (2 days from office)

Duration: Contract 6 - 12 months

We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Finance Functional Lead to own the end to end Record to Report (R2R) workstream

Must haves (Mandatory):

• 15+ years overall experience
• 10+ years ERP Finance consulting
• 5+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• 2-3 end-to-end D365 transformation implementations as Functional Lead or Solution Lead
• Deep R2R knowledge: General Ledger, Financial Dimensions, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Period Close, Consolidation, Financial Reporting
• Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design Workshops, CRP/SIT/UAT
• Ability to prepare FDDs, process flows and business requirements
• Data Migration, Cutover, Hypercare and Production Support
• Integration touchpoints with P2P, O2C, Projects, Treasury, Tax and Reporting systems
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
• Experience managing offshore/onshore teams and mentoring consultants
• Global Template Design and Multi-country Rollouts
• Azure DevOps (ADO), DevOps delivery methodology and Agile/Scrum
• Localization, Intercompany Accounting, Consolidations and Shared Service Finance Models
