Job summary

MiniMed in Heerlen, Netherlands, is hiring for a Customer Care & Supply Chain role on a 12-month fixed-term contract to 30 November 2027. The role combines order-to-cash support with patient care, using technology to improve the customer experience in collaboration with sales, pricing and marketing.

You will work in a hybrid model (office 2/3 in Heerlen) with responsibilities across inbound calls, emails, and issue resolution, and you’ll help standardize processes while maintaining accuracy and

Qualifications

Fluent English and Dutch language skills.
Experience with CRM systems – SAP preferred.
Strong communication, structured work style, resilience and customer focus.
Drive for process improvement and ability to motivate teams.
Hybrid work: 2/3 in Heerlen office.

Responsibilities

Provide a professional level of support to patients, Centre of Expertise and Field Sales team.
Contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
Handle all incoming calls and emails to shared mailboxes, prioritizing urgent inquiries and owning resolution.
Be responsible for issue resolution and reactive communication towards the customer/patient.
Contribute to process improvement / standardization and participate or lead projects.
Capture and document customer/patient specifics in internal systems.
