Job summary

bol.com is seeking a Contract Manager to lead and optimize contracts with technical partners, including international suppliers for MHE and other assets. You’ll own renewal cycles, push for cost-effective outcomes, and align with governance, Procurement and Legal to keep risks in check.

You’ll partner with Service Managers and Senior Account Managers to define KPIs, report on supplier performance, and ensure assets and partners are ready for peak periods at our Utrecht HQ and Waalwijk center.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply/partner management.
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills.
• Experience with complex service and maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal and improvement of large, complex contracts.
• Manage budgets, safety and performance across contracts.
• Develop reports on supplier performance for internal stakeholders.
• Escalation handling with Maintenance Managers or Business Analysts.
