Job summary

DENSO INTERNATIONAL EUROPE B.V. is seeking a BPM Specialist to drive governance, documentation and compliance across its European network. You will own BPM workstreams, support audits and manage system administration to ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 alignment.

The role requires collaboration with Process Owners, European National Offices, manufacturing plants and IT, with a focus on continuous improvement, data quality and digital development within a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Professional experience in business process management, quality management, process improvement, compliance, internal auditing or a related area.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 requirements is strongly preferred.
• Experience with BPM platforms, document management systems, workflow tools or system administration is an advantage.
• Experience in an international manufacturing or automotive environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• BPM Governance & Document Management: maintain governance framework, document lifecycle, templates and standards.
• Audit & Compliance: support risk assessments, internal audits and compliance activities.
• BPM System Administration & Digital Development: administer BPM system, user access and repository structure.
• Process Improvement & Harmonization: map, analyse and improve processes across Europe.
• Customer Sustainability & NQC/SAQ Coordination: coordinate sustainability assessments and evidence submissions.
• Reporting, Training & Strategic Support: maintain KPIs, deliver BPM training and reports.
