Job summary

EPAM Systems in Amsterdam, Netherlands is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our team in Amsterdam, operating with a flexible hybrid work model. You will drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple IT domains for Western Europe and the Middle East, collaborating with an international team and advising hiring managers on talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT recruitment experience across multiple markets, preferably Europe.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Experience with AI-enabled recruitment tools or automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate interviews and resume pre-screening to meet organizational standards.
• Execute full recruitment lifecycle: job posting optimization, job board procurement and recruitment campaign planning.
• Develop sourcing strategies leveraging social media and professional platforms to attract tech talent.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement innovative recruitment practices and branding initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, advising on all aspects of talent acquisition.
• Use AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflow automation to support sourcing, candidate screening, market mapping, outreach personalization, and recruitment reporting.
• Experiment with and apply AI prompts or assistant-based workflows to streamline repetitive recruitment tasks, such as candidate research, interview preparation, job description refinement, and follow-up communication.
• Ensure responsible use of AI in recruitment processes, including human oversight, data privacy awareness, bias mitigation, and alignment with internal policies.
