Days within our department are rarely alike. While we start every Monday with a team meeting, the topics we cover are broad, going from risk assessments, due diligence, communication campaigns, benchmarking, guidance and policy drafting, reporting, etc. As an intern, you will have your own key projects and responsibilities, supported by one of the team members. Of course, you would also be working for HEINEKEN, where the joy of true togetherness is a key value and is reflected in the day to day. From the Introduction to Interns day to the Thursday drinks, in addition to the Global Social Sustainability, Human Rights & DEI team’s team meetings, there are many opportunities to connect.
