Job summary

WP SEO AI in Amsterdam is offering an internship where you’ll handle onboarding, HR admin, and payroll prep with real ownership from week one. You’ll join a fast-growing team and contribute to training, policies, and culture initiatives within a modern, international office.

The role supports a scalable People function, requires 4–6 months, and offers hybrid work with an energetic, central Amsterdam office and collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s (HR, Psychology, Business, or related).
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with confidential information.
• Proactive, curious, and not afraid to take initiative.
• Fluent in English (company language); Dutch is a plus.
• Available for an internship of 4–6 months (minimum 4 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding & offboarding (checklists, documentation, preboarding communication).
• Help keep HR administration accurate and tidy (employee files, contract docs, leave tracking).
• Assist in payroll preparation by compiling and checking monthly changes with external partners.
• Support People projects like training initiatives, performance cycles, and policy/process updates.
• Help organise internal events and initiatives that strengthen culture and belonging.
• Be a friendly first point of contact for basic HR questions and learn to handle more complex topics with guidance.
• Improve templates, trackers, and HR processes so they stay clear, scalable, and future-proof.
• Real ownership and hands-on learning (not a shadowing internship).
• Hybrid working setup with flexibility.
