Job summary

Q-Logic is seeking an independent HR Advisor to manage the Dutch HR process in an international, multi-site environment. You will work with managers, employees, and international stakeholders on a broad range of HR topics, balancing operational tasks with strategic advisory work.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll mutations, and HR process optimization in a 70-person Son en Breugel operation with a smaller Amsterdam office. English proficiency is essential; Dutch is helpful.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication; Dutch language is a plus.

On behalf of an international organization in the Eindhoven region, Q-Logic is looking for an independent and hands-on HR Advisor.

About the Role

In this broad HR position, you will be responsible for the entire HR process within the Dutch organization. You will work closely with managers, employees, and international stakeholders, acting as the go-to person for a wide range of HR-related matters.

You are comfortable balancing operational HR tasks with tactical HR advisory work. One day you may be supporting complex absenteeism cases or employment law matters, while the next day you are focused on recruitment, onboarding, or process optimization.

You will join an international production environment with approximately 70 employees at the Son en Breugel location, alongside a smaller office in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

As an HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Advising managers and employees on HR-related topics
• Coordinating onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Processing and checking HR and payroll mutations
• Managing absenteeism cases and supporting complex HR case management
• Applying Dutch labor law and regulations
• Maintaining contact with external parties such as occupational health services, pension providers, and staffing agencies
• Supervising a part-time HR Assistant
• Identifying and improving HR processes

You will be given a high level of responsibility and the freedom to work independently.

What Are We Looking For?

For this position, we are looking for an HR professional who can work independently and enjoys a broad and varied role.

Additionally, you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree level (or equivalent working/thinking level)
• At least 2 years of HR experience
• Knowledge of Dutch labor legislation
• Experience with payroll processes or payroll administration is a plus
• A proactive and hands-on mindset
• Excellent command of English (many documents and correspondence are in English), Dutch is helpful as well

Employment Conditions

You can expect:

• A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,750 (based on 40 hours)
• Travel allowance of €0.22 per kilometer
• Pension scheme with the employer covering 2/3 of the contribution
