Job summary

Flink in Tilburg is looking for a Hub Manager (m/f/d) responsible for the overall performance of the hub. You will lead your team and ensure smooth operations from picking to delivery, while cultivating a motivated workforce.

Your role includes maintaining safety standards, developing team talent, and directly reporting to the City Manager. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be hands-on, contributing to all operational aspects.

The position offers a salary between €38,000 and €42,000 gross annually, along with performance-based bonuses and substantial growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an operational role.
• Experience managing a team and providing feedback.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational flow of the hub efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food hygiene standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Hub leadership team.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders.
