Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives for Field Service across Europe, including Boxmeer HQ. The role emphasizes risk management, incident investigations, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

You will drive the development and deployment of HSE programs, ensuring compliance with international standards and promoting a safety-first culture across operations and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HSE, with field service or operations exposure.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience in international, OEM, engineering, manufacturing, or technical services environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of HSE policies and programs.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks via inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Lead investigations into accidents and near misses; implement corrective actions.
• Deliver engaging HSE training and promote a safety-first culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous HSE improvements.
• Ensure governance and compliance with safety records and training data.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into practical practices.
• Support global HSE programs across Field Service operations.
