Job summary

ING Nederland is offering an HRBP Retail NL internship. You will support the delivery of your assigned initiative through strong organisation, communication, and coordination.

Your responsibilities include planning, execution, tracking of an HR project, coordinating stakeholders, and preparing artefacts and meeting summaries. You will also create PowerPoint presentations, prepare HR communications, and support BAU HRBP activities.

Qualifications

• Strong PowerPoint skills.
• Organisational and coordination skills.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Clear communication and structured writing.
• A background in HR is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and tracking of an HR project.
• Coordinate stakeholders, follow up on actions, and help maintain project timelines.
• Prepare project artefacts such as planning overviews, meeting summaries, and stakeholder maps.
• Assist in the organisation of meetings and workshops.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations that tell a clear and compelling story.
• Prepare communication materials for HR stakeholders and project updates.
• Break down complex information into simple, clear messages.
• Preparing materials or insights for HRBP meetings.
• Supporting recurring HR cycles where needed (e.g. performance, talent, or engagement initiatives).
• Assisting with stakeholder communication or coordination.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of team processes.
