Job summary

RAVAS, a Dutch international provider of mobile weighing systems, offers an engaging HR work placement for an HBO HRM student. You’ll be fully embedded in the HR department and gain a broad understanding of HR practice, not just observe.

You’ll tackle recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, learning & development, and HR projects, while enjoying a supportive team and opportunities to contribute ideas.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing an HBO degree in HRM or a similar subject.
• You are enthusiastic, sociable and proactive.
• You handle confidential information with care and accuracy.
• You are available for at least 4 days per week.
• You are eager to learn and develop yourself.
• You work well in a team but take initiative when needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & selection: write and post vacancies, assess applications, schedule interviews.
• Onboarding: help new colleagues get off to a good start.
• HR administration: maintain staff records and support HR systems.
• Learning & development: assist with training courses and programmes.
• HR projects: contribute ideas on employee satisfaction, wellbeing and team-building.
