Hunter Douglas is seeking an HRBP Intern to support the HR Business Partner team across the EMEA region, gaining hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, HR operations, and strategic HR initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to understand how HR partners with the business to drive performance and employee engagement.

Hybrid working arrangement: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, with a monthly allowance of €650.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed HBO/Bachelor/Master's in HR or related field.
• Interest in HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Previous HR/office experience is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support to the HRBP team across multiple countries.
• Maintain organisational charts and employee records.
• Assist with employee lifecycle processes (e.g., transfers, documentation).
• Support compliance with local labour laws and HR policies.
• Coordinate with local HR teams and Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) and Payroll.
• Support communication between HRBPs and country HR teams.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Research HR best practices and market benchmarks.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.

The Role

As an HRBP Intern, you will support the HR Business Partner team in delivering high-quality HR services across the EMEA region. Who You Are

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed)an HBO, BachelororMaster'sdegree in Human Resources, Business Management (with HRspecialisation), or a related field
• Interested inHR processes such as recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
• Previousexperience in an HR or office environment is a plus, but notrequired
• Proficient in English (additionallanguages areaplus)
