Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving their HR technology platforms to ensure smooth operations and enhanced user experience.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes at site level using Workday
• Manage HR operations such as benefits, leave administration, reporting, and employee data in Workday
• Provide expertise in Workday for complex data queries and advanced reporting requirements
• Develop dashboards and reports within Workday to support HR decision making
• Participate in governance forums to review Workday change requests and system enhancements
• Lead end to end Workday deployment and system improvement projects
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement Workday integrations and enhancements
• Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders on Workday related matters
• Maintain documentation for Workday processes, workflows, and best practices
• Support additional HR platforms such as ServiceNow and other integrated systems
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across all HR systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR systems with strong focus on Workday
• Solid understanding of HR processes supported by Workday
• Hands on experience in Workday modules such as Core HCM, reporting, and data management
• Experience with other HR systems such as SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in project management and system implementations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced global environment
